Water damage was done due to a leak in the ice maker. Called Magic Valley Restoration and Chance immediately came to assess the damage. There was considerable floor damage. Roberto and his team came the next day and started the process. Roberto was amazing. He kept us informed every step of the way. He is very professional and courteous, always answering our calls and texts, even bringing floor samples to our house so we didn't have to make the trip from Hagerman to Twin. The whole experience went very smooth, even when we had to move out of the house for 2 weeks. The team took care of everything, moving the furniture out to a pod and moving it back in when all the floors and painting were complete. Suzanne was very helpful as well with paperwork that was needed. She came to our house so we didn't have to make the trip to Twin. We would highly recommend Magic Valley Restoration. Great Restoration Company! I highly recommend Magic Valley Restoration! I called them in a panic about water I found in my crawl space, which resulted from a faulty bathtub drain. They came out on a Friday night to start drying out the crawl space. John, Tanner, and Chris have a great team. They thoroughly explained the restoration process. I was able to go to work and they were very responsive to all my texts and phone calls. They will work around your schedule and time frame to get the job done. I called John because I had a leak by the cut-in tray in my wall behind my washing machine. However, I could not tell if the leak was coming from the washer lines or the water softener line. He arrived 15 minutes later with Tanner and Kashner. After a very thorough examination, he determined that the original water softener line (placed in the wall over 20 years ago) needed to go further down into the hole. He contacted Kinetico and Joseph called me back. The line will be extended tomorrow morning. I'm 80 years old and I certainly appreciated their kindness and expertise. I take care of my elderly mother. This is the second time we've had extensive water damage to the house. Magic Valley Restoration took charge of everything! They removed everything that needed to be packed up in boxes and any furniture and appliances out to the garage. Ordered a storage pod. Did the drying out, removed all carpet, drywall, and flooring. John, the owner, came by and checked on everything. They replaced all the plastic and insulation under the house. Once everything was dry, they checked to make sure there was no moisture anywhere. Only then did the process of putting the house back together—drywall, paint, baseboards, flooring. And then putting furniture and appliances back. They were always professional, called ahead before arriving, and scheduled everything around our schedule. It's hard to put your trust in someone 100% you don't know. But I would 100 percent trust in them again and again. Special shout out to Tanning, our project manager, who kept it all together.
