The day of our house fire, I was at a loss of what I was supposed to do. Magic Valley Restoration was referred to me as a good restoration company that did a great job on house fires. I called John, and he told me he would send a crew right over to board up our house for us and secure it. From that day forward, Magic Valley Restoration took over. They worked directly with Farm Bureau and helped us get our house back. John and Tanner were always in contact with us and let us know every step of the house rebuild. The employees that worked in our house were great to work with. We appreciated all of you and the work you did. Everything that needed to be done was handled by Magic Valley Restoration. I can’t imagine trying to do any of this on our own. Whenever we had questions or concerns, John was able to help us. We were able to live on our property in an RV during this time and saw the work it took to get us back home. Our house is beautiful, and we are so happy to be home.
